Should I get an eSIM or a physical SIM for Singapore?

If your phone supports eSIM (iPhone XS and newer, most recent Samsung/Google/Android flagships) an eSIM is the easiest option — we email you a QR code and you're connected the moment you land, no swapping. If your phone is older, locked, or you'd rather not fiddle with settings, a physical SIM is perfect: we hand it to you at Changi or deliver it to your hotel and fit it for you.

Where do I collect my SIM in Singapore?

Accepted Answer

You have three options: (1) an eSIM QR sent to your email before you fly, ready to scan on arrival; (2) collect a physical SIM from us in the Changi Airport arrival hall (any terminal) — just message us your flight and terminal on WhatsApp; or (3) free delivery to your hotel, Airbnb or any Singapore address. Just tell us what suits you when you order.

How much data do I really need for a Singapore trip?

Accepted Answer

For a normal traveler using maps, ride-hailing, messaging, social media and some streaming, our 100GB plans are far more than enough — most people use 1-3GB per day. If you plan to stream a lot, work remotely, or tether a laptop, go for a 30-day 100GB+ plan or an unlimited eSIM. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the right size.

Will the SIM work in my phone?

Physical SIMs work in any unlocked phone — we carry adapters for nano, micro and standard sizes and fit it for you. eSIMs work on eSIM-capable, unlocked devices (iPhone XS+ and most recent Android flagships). If you're not sure whether your phone is unlocked or eSIM-ready, send us the model on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you buy.

Question 5

Can I make local and international calls?

Our 14-day and 30-day physical SIM plans include local Singapore calls and SMS, plus a local number. Data-only and most eSIM plans are for internet only, but you can still call and message worldwide over WhatsApp, FaceTime, Viber and similar apps using your data. Tell us if calling matters and we'll steer you to a plan with minutes.

How do I order and pay before I arrive?

The fastest way is WhatsApp — tell us your travel dates, phone model and how much data you'd like, and we'll confirm the best plan, the price in SGD, and your pickup or delivery method. You can pay on collection, on delivery, or in advance by card / PayNow. For eSIMs we send the QR as soon as payment is confirmed.

What if I have a problem during my trip?

We stay reachable on WhatsApp for your whole stay. If your data runs low we can top you up in minutes, and if anything isn't working we'll troubleshoot with you or arrange a replacement. That hands-on local support is the main reason travelers choose us over an airport vending machine or a random online eSIM.
